Water Tanks

Polyethylene tanks have grown to dominate the Australian water tank market as they are lighter and more cost effective than alternative materials.  The material ensures pure drinking water with no taint.  The manufacturing process of polyethylene tanks has minimal impact on the environment as the process does not release any dangerous chemicals into the atmosphere, creates no noxious gases/odours and the material is 100% recycled.

We rotationally mould in-house, water storage, chemical storage and industrial tanks which incorporate thicker walls.  Tanks are manufactured from the COTENEā„¢ 9050 Tank colour range which is registered as complying with AS/NZS:4766 'Polyethylene Storage Tanks for Water & Chemicals'. This includes Australian food contact requirements (AS2070:1,8) and potable (drinking) water standard AS4020.

We can also manufacture from other grades dependent upon your requirements.

Fittings & Inserts

We can include many different inserts and parts as part of the final product design.  These can be added after production of the main part or included into the part as a permanent fitting known as an insert.  Plastic or metal inserts can be used and the correct choice will depend on the dimensional tolerance of the part of the wall thickness and the design of the mould itself.  Many types of fittings can be added post production and these may include treads, taps or faucets, screws and other features to aid in assembly of the final part.
